Delivery
The shipping cost is 19 USD.
It takes 15-25 days on average for the order to be delivered.
Destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland and Poland are not currently available for delivery. However, circumstances change quickly and the best way to find out if delivery to a particular country is possible is to contact us.
Delivery time may also depends on destination country. National and religious holidays may delay package arrival, as well as a season time. Your order will be packed discreetly for your privacy and protection.
Most products at our site are available to be shipped – that means we have them in stock and can provide them to you immediately. In very rare cases, when a particular product is sold out, we inform our customer about this, restock and ship the package as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, most orders are shipped within 24 hours. All weekend orders, are dispatched on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped promptly!
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after 4 weeks for Airmail delivery, you may use any of the following contact methods:
- reply to our e-mail,
- submit a request on the website,
- or just e-mail us and we will immediately find a solution to rectify the situation!
Express Mail Service (EMS) is no longer available for shipping from Russia. This is a significantly more expensive option with exactly the same speed of delivery. Upon request, we can offer it at a cost starting from 69 USD.
DHL is not available for shipping from Russia because DHL prohibits the shipping of supplements and medical products.
The shipping and delivery is carried out on business days only.
The tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after the payment has been made and the package has been shipped (except Sunday and public holidays).
Tracking numbers can be used for online tracking on the Russian Post website (in Russian) or on another site that provides tracking service while your package is in Russia. We cannot guarantee tracking information will be updated when your package arrives in your country, but we do know that it is available for the US on the USPS website and for the UK on the Royal Mail website. The best way to track your package is to check the tracking number on the website of your country’s postal service.
